Bathroom renovation
This master bathroom remodel was designed for a couple who loves to travel. They were looking for an elegant space, taking inspiration from interiors of cruise ships. Their goal was to gain more space by removing the large sunken tub and to introduce warmth and light. The existing vaulted ceiling is clad with wood planks that wrap the wall, accentuating the skylight. Porcelain tile wrap the walls to tie the room together, and new LED lights brighten up the space. The shower is made curbless and with a recessed niche. The soffit above the shower is removed to continue the vaulted ceiling. The remodeled space feels spacious and elevated.
