This project is just finishing up value engineering, and moving soon into construction. The original pricing came in double what we had hoped for. But with some design modifications such as eliminating custom millwork, the budget goal has been met without sacrificing the design intent. We are happy to move forward with this design, and look forward to the design being executed in the coming months!
